Vision

Important is to integrate the existing old trees and to create accessibility for elder people and people with a disability.

Proposal

Small Private gardens with sufficient privacy, parking places concentrated at the exterior. Careful design of levels in relation to accessibility and level of existing trees. In the center an flowform cascade, who will create an atmosphere of quiet nature. Small playground and raised plant beds for vegetables.
