Question

Residents want a vital green common garden. This is made clear in a planning workshop with the future residents. The town want a public path through the common courtyard, connecting to streets.

Vision

It needs a good balance between the public path and the need of privacy of the residents. The design must take care of the variety of needs of the residents themselves.

Proposal

The public path swings through the court yard, giving the feeling to be a guest. Several different places to sit; to sit in peace or the meet other residents.
